Kona is a handsome terrier type mix who is an all-around great dog. He walks well on leash and does not pull and he likes to make new friends, both human and canine. While he does sometimes need a bit of time to warm up, he’s an incredibly loyal companion after a few minutes of happy talk. He loves treats and lately has been working on learning to heel – what a smart boy! Once he’s done with his walk, he loves being pet. Our volunteers describe him as sweet and very lovable. He is also a big fan of belly rubs! Kona is not a nuisance barker. He’s an all around very good boy! Kona can’t wait to jailbreak from the shelter and find his forever family. Could that be you?
