Our newest arrival Lily is ready to charm you! This 8 month old Border Collie mix is a recent transfer from Tulare, and so far she’s been an absolute sweetheart of a shelter guest. She is still young and learning the way of the leash, but knows “sit” like the back of her paw already, and is very eager to keep improving her manners.
