Meet Phillip, the 3 month old pup with the confidence of a superhero, the mischievousness of a toddler with a cookie jar and the intelligence of…well, a really smart dog. He greets our volunteers with a polite “sit” when they come into his room, and while he loves treats, he’s even more keen on affection and pets from his favorite folks. Volunteers describe him as “a calm and polite puppy with excellent manners.” He loves his toys and after playtime will climb into your lap for pets. He is looking for a furr-ever family who can keep up with his antics and help him channel his goofball energy in to productive puppy pursuits. He is ready to learn the ropes of good doggy manners and become your furr-ever friend. Phillip has been in our shelter for over 30 days!
