Will you be the one to give this perfect boy his new beginning?Here’s some notes from his foster:I’ve only had Chester for a day, but so far he’s doing great. He was a little shy at first but after a slow intro at HQ he climbed into my lap. He is so sweet! He gently nudges me to let me know that he would like his head scratched.He is great on the leash, stays with me and on my left side and keeps up a good pace. He ignored a big dog we saw on our walk this morning and shyly accepted a pet from my large male neighbor. He is quiet and though he looks for me when I leave the room, he doesn’t whine or bark.He has a great appetite and gobbles up just the right amount of food for him. He appears to be house trained and does his business on our walks. He waited patiently next to my bed last night until I picked him up and put him in it. He slept well through the night, getting up twice to readjust.Chester enjoys being brushed and will raise his head so I can get under his adorable chin. He has the sweetest face and looks up at you in the nicest way. He is currently sleeping soundly on my lap. He hasn’t shown any interest in toys yet but willingly accepts lots of love.He is truly a great pup.
