FOSTER CARE! Hello friends! My name is Birch, and I'm a 1-year-old, neutered Husky mix that weighs about 48lbs. I'm a sweet and curious boy who adores people and other dogs--my foster parents say I'm "magical" and "a lean, goofy love bug." I love going for walks, and I have perfect leash manners. I'm doing great living with my husky foster sister, so if you have a resident dog, I'd like to meet them. Here's what they say about me: Birch is magical! A lean, goofy love bug who seemingly gets along with all people and all dogs. Walks great on leash -- no pulling! He loves his walkies. House trained and (more or less) crate trained. Joyful and playful, but also will sit quietly and rest if you can't pay him attention. He likes to lean in for hugs. He likes to sit at the window and watch the neighborhood dogs go by on their walks -- he doesn't make a peep. He will occasionally steal the odd shoe or piece of paper, but will drop it immediately when you tell him to. He has a huge heart and someone will be SO lucky to get this guy. We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
