Cleo is a shy little dog who seems a little stunned by her circumstances. She is gradually coming out of her shell. With time and patience from her adopters her true personality will emerge.Cleo was not interested in toys but we think once she becomes comfortable in her new home she will perk up. Living with another dog may help give her confidence. She is currently housed with a dog her size and she seems to get along fine. A family with some dog experience will be the best for Cleo. Children should be a little older (12+) as younger children may be too boisterous for shy Cleo. We encourage here adopters to sign her up for a small companion dog class. Learning new things will help give her confidence and bond with her family. Pretty little Cleo is looking forward to a calm and comfortable forever home. She wants to be warm and safe.
