Have you ever dreamed of finding a true Diamond in the rough? Now is your chance! Diamond was in pretty rough shape when one of our medical fosters saved him from a county shelter. He was very underweight and his coat was in terrible condition. But with some time and TLC from his amazing foster, we found he is an absolute gem. Diamond is a 5 year old, German Shepherd. He will probably fill out to about 85 lbs when he gets back to perfect health.
He has all the characteristics of his breed — super smart, loves to train and exercise, and is loyal and sensitive to his humans. He is good with adults, children, and other dogs. He is crate trained, house broken, and walks by your side like a perfect gentleman. He would probably be better in a home without cats. With enough exercise and mental stimulation, Diamond would be a great addition to any home or family. For those looking for that incredible bond that comes from training and working with their dog, Diamond is a winning lottery ticket. He really wants to learn to be the best dog ever. Fill out an adoption questionnaire and a volunteer will contact you. (CM)
