Meet August, an approximately two-month-old labrador mix. He seems to have some sort of larger breed, like Great Pyrenees, in him, too – check out those huge paws! August is an exceptionally calm puppy and has done great at busy adoption events. He is also very loving towards people and other dogs. Our best-guess estimate is 80+ pounds at maturity (he’s a big puppy!), with no guarantees. As he gets bigger, August will require lots of exercise, so an active household is a must for him. Just like any puppy, he will require patience and dedication when it comes to training as well, but he’s a quick learner who already knows how to “sit” and “shake”! It also seems like he may have been introduced to potty training in the past, as he has not had any accidents while with us. As with all puppies, please commit to being home every 2-3 hours during this important socialization, training, and bonding period. If this sweet guy seems like he’d make the perfect addition to your family, please apply to adopt August today! (CB)
