Hello, I'm Horatio. I've been described as a magnificent little tater tot of a dog. I'm generally a laid-back kind of guy who enjoys long naps and lots of snacks. On first meeting I can sometimes be a bit shy. The world is pretty big in comparison to me, so new people and things can be kind of intimidating.
