Serena is a sweet 1-year-old 28-pound terrier mix with long legs and a cute, curly tail. She loves to be outdoors and enjoys soaking up the sunshine. Serena is playful and would love a home with plenty of toys - this cutie carries her yellow ball around with her on walks! She's also an excellent couch buddy and is happy to curl up near you and relax. Serena can be shy when meeting new people and dogs, but once she's comfortable she loves people and does well with other dogs. She enjoys going for walks, and is gaining confidence with strangers as she walks around her foster family's neighborhood. She also rides well in the car and enjoys going for rides to explore the world. Serena is not just a bundle of joy; she's also quite intelligent, making training sessions a breeze. Serena is house-trained, making great progress with leash manners and commands (currently working on "stay"). She goes into her crate on her own when it's time for bed (though she prefers to sleep with her foster humans in the big bed!).Serena is also food-motivated, and eats her vegetables, fruits, as well as twice daily feedings.
