Dart is about 5 months old, fully potty trained, approximately 30lbs currently, and a very calm puppy. We believe he’s a Pointer mix, and will weigh about 60lbs at maturity. He is well socialized; he has been living with an elderly cat, a blind Chihuahua and a 4 year old Pit mix, and he has been a perfect gentleman with all of them, especially the 16 year old cat. He meets other dogs with curious interest but does not bark. He likes to get about an hour’s worth of exercise per day, has been great on off leash hikes at Point Pinole as well as leash walks around the neighborhood. He loves picking his own strawberries and raspberries in the garden, and doesn’t mind eating the ones with spider webs on them. Dart was shy at first, but has become extremely affectionate and sweet since living here. He is friendly and good with little kids and has even helped out at the foster’s office a couple days. He is going to make someone the best dog friend ever! Please be home more often than not during this important bonding and training period.
