Hello, my name is Peach and I'm a 2 year old, spayed, Pitbull mix that currently weighs about 50 lbs. I can be a little aloof at first, but once I get to know you, I'll show you my playful side! I love going for walks and I'm a rockstar at Nose Work class. I can sniff out treats like a pro! I'm working on my social skills so I prefer to be the only dog in the household. I'm also hoping for a family that is prepared to work on my manners and continue my training. I'm very loving and curious about the world. I recently had a sleepover with a PHS Volunteer! Here is how I did:
The volunteer says I’m the sweetest girl who loves toys and does well on walks. I also discovered that even though my name is Peach, I love blueberries! If you throw treats into the air, I’m very good at catching them, and after a long day of being silly and adorable, I want to cuddle with my person until I fall asleep.

You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor. Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
