The stars have aligned and it looks like a paws-itive forecast for the ZODIAC litter!
Pisces Zodiac and his siblings are 3 1/2 month old, Lab / Cur mixes. These babies were born on 10/30/24. Pisces Zodiac currently weighs 16 pounds (as of 2/7/25).
UPDATE from his foster: Pisces has been a great little guy - just a really happy, handsome puppy! He instantly loved all the humans in our house and is a great cuddler who wants nothing more than to climb on your lap and shower your face with kisses! He loves to play - especially with my kids! I think he would love a friendly doggy companion as he is very interested in playing with our dog (who is unfortunately very uninterested in him). He has done surprisingly well with pottying and had a good first night in the crate with some initial whining but then settled down to sleep soon after. He seems to love the outside and is trying to figure out what all this snow is about. He has done great on short walks on the leash and I think he would love an outside space to run around in once the snow is gone and the grass is back!
These puppies are happy, healthy, and incredibly sweet! They are very well socialized and affectionate. They love everyone they meet - ranging from toddlers to elders! Just like most babies, they play hard and nap hard all day long. They do great with other dogs, and have met some feline friends. They respect the inside cats, and think it's fun to chase the outdoor cats but they are still young and trainable. They will need a loving family committed to their training since they are young. The Zodiac pups are a bunch of shining stars who are ready to wag their way into your heart!
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works.
Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted. To learn more about our *shelterless* rescue, adoption fees, and procedures, review the list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at WWW.GDRNE.COM.
