Meet Praline Biscuit - a ~1 year old, Jack Russell Terrier / Beagle / Chihuahua mix, who weighs 13 pounds (as of 1/23/25).

UPDATE from her foster: Praline sleeps nicely through the night in her crate. She loves to snuggle in the evenings on the couch. She is easy going during the day where she will hang out and is happy to just have a mid day play in the backyard or go for a walk. Still working on the house training so will need some patience there but making great progress. Very friendly with other dogs and kids.

Her foster shares: "Praline Biscuit is oh-so-sweet! This petite girl is only 13# and is fully grown. She is VERY friendly and loves to make friends everywhere she goes - especially other pups! Praline loves to play, and is incredibly agile and will dance around to get your attention. She loves to play with other pups, as well as kids, and has the sweetest personality. She will get the zoomies occasionally in the house and it is so cute to watch. While she has bursts of energy, she’s pretty content just hanging out with her humans and being the center of attention. This gal is getting used to our New England winters and these chilly temps (who can blame her?!), so she will need a loving family who can work with her on training and keeping her on schedule - despite these freezing temperatures! We know the perfect home is out there waiting. This petite girl is the sweetest treat!"

The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
