We have been very impressed about how well Cowgirl has handled the transition from one shelter to another, with van rides and new people. She appreciated some "get to know you time," then settled right in. Right now, we consider almost "bomb proof," which means she can handle many new things now and not be scared. We've gotten into some routines with her including walks, play time with other dogs (she's a player this girl) and hanging out in the shade for scratches. She will even sneak you a kiss or two.
