At not quite 10 pounds, we think he's a black (with a bit of white chest) long-haired Dachshund mix!A newcomer, Peewee is a little unsure about going for walks in a new place and of new people, but he warms up quickly once he knows you're a friend and is happy to trot alongside a friendly small dog sheltermate like Delilah.Peewee is OK with being carried and enjoys sitting and being pet while in your lap. From there he seems to feel safe to observe the world.A patient boy, Peewee is very tolerant of high-energy small dogs like little rambunctious Delilah. Peewee, on the other hand, is more calm and low to medium energy.
