Hi my name is Ruger, but my foster family is calling me Bucky! I am a bundle of joy at the young age of 4 months old. I am a herding breed so I will need a large space to grow as I will be a big boy when I am all grown up. I do have special needs that will need continued work as I am deaf and my seeing is not the greatest. My foster mom will show you the hand signals that she has taught me already but I will need to learn more and Pets Lifeline will help you train me if you need it.
