You are very likely to encounter Percy, a youthful terrier-spaniel mix in luscious black fur, on his back with his paws up, batting his eyelashes and hoping for a tum rub. And believe us, you will give him a tum rub. This little guy is a love magnet with charisma to spare, along with lots of pep and no shame when it comes to courting pets, scritches and snoogs. He’s also a fan of dogs. (His opinion of cats remains a mystery.) Adopt him for sporty romps, outings, and adventures punctuated by love fests and general goofiness.Here’s some notes from his foster:Percy settled in quite quickly. I took him for a 20 min walk which he thoroughly enjoyed , he also seemed fine going down stairs. He was also pretty okay when we met a few dogs on our walk.
