Abe is a handsome Labrador with a heart as big as his adorable floppy ears! This sweet boy is the definition of friendly-he’ll greet everyone with a wagging tail and a smile that melts hearts. Abe loves cuddles, belly rubs, and being by your side no matter what you’re up to. He’s a pro at making new friends, whether they’re humans, dogs, or even the mail carrier! With his gentle nature and goofy charm, Abe will keep you laughing and feeling loved every single day. He dreams of a cozy home where he can share his love and maybe a snack or two.Here’s some notes from his foster:Abe is an absolute sweetheart. He is a very gentle dog, and fully potty trained. He is very inquisitive and friendly with other humans on the walks and gets lots of pets. He enjoys long walks (the longest being 2 miles so far, but I am sure he can handle longer). He can go from being lazy to fully alert in the blink of an eye, esp. if a treat is involved. He always greets me with a lean and a cuddle when I get home. When I am home, he almost always sits beside/near me. Abe follows basic commands like sit well.
