Meet Gully Bell - an 1 year old, Boxer / Bulldog mix, who weighs 60 pounds (as of 3/18/25). Gully Bell was surrendered to us by a young man living in his car with a cat and a rabbit. We know this easy going guy is so excited to find a forever home!

His foster shares: "Gully Bell is a friendly brown-eyed boy! He is always smiling and is so happy to be with people. He loves to play in the yard and then come snuggle up to you for a cuddle. He loves hanging out with his doggy friends and plays great with dogs of all sizes (large and small), and cats! He does great in his crate and hasn't had any accidents. He loves children and is an absolute love bug. We'd recommend older kiddos because Gully Bell can get excited sometimes and we don't want anyone to get knocked over. He does well on a leash and would do well with just about any active family! He's a big love bug who is ready to become your BFF!"

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
