Calling all English Bulldog lovers!!!

Meet Otis - a 2 year old, English Bulldog mix, who weighs 32 pounds (as of 2/18/25). This fun loving guy is looking for a new family to call his own!

Otis enjoys basking in the sun, playing with his chew toys, snacking on vegetables (!!), hanging out with his humans, cuddling and napping. He always wants to be near his people! He was previously living with a 7 year old dog who he did great with. While he may be small, don't let his size fool you.... he is has a BIG personality! He is very playful and can be selective about his doggy friends. He doesn't particularly like sharing his food or toys with other pups. Otis would do best in a home with adults only or older kids where he will be the center of attention! Otis is a great co-pilot, he loves to ride in the car! He deserves to be loved and we know the perfect home is out there waiting for him.

Otis is a southern boy and this winter we've learned he's not a huge fan of the cold - but don't worry he has quite the wardrobe to keep him warm (think vests, robes and jackets). He is housebroken and enjoys spending time in his crate (especially if a peanut butter kong is involved).

This cutie is the most lovable, spunky, and muscular lap dog you've ever met! He has a heart full of affection and the funniest sense of humor that will keep you laughing. His favorite thing to do is curl up ON the people he loves most, enjoying the warmth of a fire, a blanket, or even snoozing in the sun.

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
