Meet Carlos, a snuggly and affectionate guy who loves to play and share cuddles with his favorite people! While we don’t know much about his past, it’s clear that he has a lot of love to give. Carlos will need time to decompress in his new home, especially during the first several weeks. Keeping his world small and predictable will help him adjust at his own pace. He will need a patient adopter committed to making adjustments in their own environment to help him be successful.
