Hi, I'm Hammy! I was waiting for my new home in Lake County when a nearby fire meant I got to take a little road trip with some of my friends to East Bay SPCA. The drive was long, but I'm so happy to be here making new friends while I wait for my forever family!
•I'm estimated to be about 1.5 years old, so I still have some puppy energy and a big zest for life. I'm working on my manners and learning all about the world, and I'm excited to keep growing and learning with my new family.
•I LOVE toys-especially tennis balls and similar toys-and I think I'd make a fantastic walking or hiking buddy. I'm also a big fan of tasty snacks, so I bet I'll be a quick learner when there are treats involved!
•I love being around people and happily lean in for pets and affection. My friends here think I might be a Cattle Dog mix, and I'd probably have a blast with puzzles and other enrichment to keep my clever brain busy.
•I've already made plenty of new friends on my little adventure, and now all I need is a family of my own. I can't wait to meet you! 🐾
