Celine’s heart will go on dreaming of a home! Celine is a gentle 7-month-old Terrier mix who came to us from Fresno Humane Animal Services.
Settling into the city environment has been a bit overwhelming for Celine but she’s making huge strides every day. She’s already accompanying other small dogs in playgroup and leaning in for cuddles and affection with people. She just needs some time to figure out the sounds of city life and what the heck a leash is!
