Darwin has a theory: he has the traits that will make you fall in love! This pup is an 8-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix who came to us from Tulare County Animal Services. Upon transfer to our shelter, it was clear that Darwin had a broken pelvis and needed hip surgery, but you wouldn’t know it with how much he likes to wiggle! He adores meeting new people and doesn’t let something like that stop him.
Now that Darwin’s had his surgery, he’s having lots of fun practicing his cues with people and getting to take in the outside world. Darwin is still learning about what common household items like doors or stairs are but with some delicious snacks, he learns fast! He’s incredibly food motivated and smart.
