Panda’s an adorable 3-year-old Border Collie mix learning his way around a home environment. Panda is the sweetest boy — if he loves you, he wants to be your shadow! His foster told us he’s a friend to all: human, child human, and canine alike. He hasn’t quite figured out how to impress his feline friends, yet.
