Atari, a sleek black chi with butterscotch eyebrows, is a smorgasbord of sweetness and light. He’s fast on his feet, cute as heck, loves affection, treats, other dogs and a jaunt in the neighborhood. His ears are enormous; his tail is a perfect nub. He’s very small and highly portable, though his full-of-purpose pep makes it look like he’s ready to grab the car keys and take everybody to brunch in his vintage Volvo.
