Meet Bandit 2
Meet Bandit, a smart, silly, and snuggly boy looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can help him settle into his new home. New environments and unfamiliar people can be overwhelming for Bandit, so it’s important to give him the time and space he needs to decompress. He’ll thrive in a calm, quiet space where he can gradually expand his world as he becomes more comfortable.
Bandit is looking for an adopter who is committed to going at his pace, understands dog body language, and respects his need for petting consent as he adjusts. While he’s a sweet and loving boy, he can be a bit fearful when meeting new dogs, so he will need positive, well-managed introductions to other dogs. He tends to be more at ease with calm, polite, and lightly playful dogs and may do well with another dog who matches his energy and temperament, with proper management.
If you’re ready to provide Bandit with a gentle, loving environment where he can grow and thrive, he could be the perfect companion for you! Come meet this sweet boy today and see how he might fit into your home.
If youd like to learn more, stop by MSPCA at Northeast Animal Shelter. We have open adoption hours 11:30am-5pm daily – no appointment or application needed.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat areas will remain open to walk through.
