Valentino is a beautiful, sweet, loving AmStaff/Pit Bull mix. He's around 4 months old and 30 pounds. This little black and white bundle of love had a very difficult start in life. He came to us in dire condition, so we rushed him to the emergency vet. Luckily, one of the staff members fell in love and decided to foster him. This beautiful boy is now the picture of health and he's ready to find his forever family. His foster home is filled with animals of all kinds and Valentino has been absolutely amazing with all of them. He lives with big dogs, cats, chickens, even a tortoise. His foster says he's very polite with all of them, doesn't even bother the koi when he's drinking out of their pond! He has learned to sit and wait for treats, learning "sit-stay", walking on the leash nicely, he's even "almost" fully potty-trained! His foster says he also sleeps quietly in his kennel all night. Valentino is a total lap dog and loves to cuddle. He currently spends most of the day curled up on the couch, in his bed, or sunning himself on the deck with the tortoise and cat. He's mostly a couch potato, with spurts of energy throughout the day. He plays and interacts with the big dogs very politely, and only if they initiate it.
