Sparkle’s brand new and ready to make some friends. Transferred from Fresno Animal Center, this 1.5 year old boy is very new to the city but he’s taking it all in stride. A Chihuahua mix, Sparkle’s got a boatload of confidence as he explores the cityscape and meets all kinds of people and animals.
