Who is Julibee, you wonder? One of our volunteers summed her up in just a few short words, “Good grief, what a little treasure.” Julibee is an absolutely adorable 6-month-old Terrier mix who just loves to make friends. Recently transferred from Fresno Humane Animal Services, Julibee is learning about the city.
Julibee LOVES people and can be a bit jumpy at first. With the help of some delicious treats, though, she’s learning what humans prefer! And who can blame her? She’s still a puppy.
