Meet Frisco
MY ADOPTION FEE WILL BE WAIVED 12/08-12/14!
Meet Frisco! This sweet little man came to us from Philadelphia, where he spent several weeks with a foster family. Thanks to them, we know that he is housebroken and crate trained, very snuggly, and loves long sniffy walks with his people! Frisco can be nervous in new places, or around new objects or sounds, but if you take it slow and stay by his side, he will bravely investigate and take comfort in your presence. He loves giving kisses, and greets everyone with big bum wiggles and adorable pointed ears! Frisco has met some other dogs in our care, and coudl live with another dog if it’s a good match. We’ve observed that he prefers a slow introduction and more mellow energy – he’d rather sniff and coexist than romp and wrestle. Here’s a note from Frisco’s fosters: “We would love to see him find a forever that will give him the joys of being a younger pup but show him the warmth of a touch or a good snuggle. The love you give to him is the love you will get in return. We will miss him dearly.”
Stop by Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Frisco. We have open adoption hours 7 days a week from 11:30am-5pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
