Meet JJ, a sweet and sensitive girl who’s ready to start fresh with a family willing to let her settle in at her own pace. We don’t know anything about her life before coming to the shelter, so her adopters should focus on giving her time, patience, and space to show who she truly is. JJ can be a little worried when meeting new people or exploring new environments, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into a total cuddlebug who loves being close to her people. She would do best as the only dog in the home and with kids who can read her body language, respect her boundaries, and avoid overwhelming her, especially during those early days of adjusting.
