Meet Cooper Cutie - a 7 month old, Super Mutt (think Chihuahua / American Bulldog / Border Collie / Cattle Dog / Cocker Spaniel mix), who weighed 32 pounds (as of 10/8/25). This sweet boy was rescued from a tragic hoarding case in Tennessee and is looking for his forever family!
His foster shares: "Cooper is a very sweet boy who is happy sitting on the couch with you, chewing a bone or playing with a ball (he's still trying to master the game of fetch).
Cooper likes to ride in the car, and enjoys being your co-pilot on adventures. He is very smart and eager to please his humans which is helping with his training. He is doing well in his training and is housebroken when he has a good routine.
He likes to be close to his human and clearly has picked up some human-like traits because his favorite snack is hard boiled eggs!
He previously lived in a home with 8 children. He's currently living in a home with other dogs and does great with all of them.
He's such a sweet guy and is ready to find his forever home."
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.
To adopt or learn more about Cooper Cutie, you must fill out an adoption application. To find the application, copy and paste this URL into your browser: WWW.GDRNE.COM/ADOPTION-APPLICATION [Adoption Fee: $495] **
PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works.
Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted. To learn more about our *shelterless* rescue, adoption fees, and procedures, review the list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at WWW.GDRNE.COM.
