Let’s say you’re a natural nurturer, own a couple of roomy totes, and seek a cross-species friendship with an urbane and affectionate mammal. May we suggest Chirp? At 4 pounds, this classy little Yorkie is firm on her feet, and has the energy and curiosity of a youngster. Eminently portable and fond of a snuggle, she’s an excellent dog-friendly sidekick on errands, strolls, and chai latte runs. At home, she’s open to suggestion: work muse, binge-watch buddy, book club mascot. It’s up to you, especially if a morsel of chicken is occasionally part of the bargain. Vegan treats also graciously accepted. Visit now, and try not to be intimidated by her powerful cuteness. It’s not her fault.
