This 5-month-old Terrier mix is turning heads at and around the SPCA – and we can’t say we blame anyone. Adorable little Dandelion is a joy to have around as he spreads the love via cuddles and kisses. Despite being transferred from Fresno Animal Center, Dandelion is a born city boy at heart, taking walks in stride and thanking you with some of his signature sweetness.
