Meet Holly
This pretty girl is Holly. She is a fun-loving, mile-a-minute kind of dog who is also really, really smart. She loves to play with toys, go on social walks with her doggy friends, or relax with some nice calming pets. This smarty pants is very trainy. She is hoping you will ask her to sit, because she is very good at it. Holly is going to be a bit of a project dog and is hoping for a patient adopter who is excited about training. This sweet pup is a transport from down South and has seemed to miss a few manners lessons. She is working hard on them now. In fact, Holly is currently a staff and volunteer favorite because she really wants to learn. And dont forget to mention she is so darn cute. Holly would do best being the only dog in the home. However, she would also benefit from taking walks with some other calm dogs. She could possibly live with a cat, starting with complete separation. And children old enough to help with a training plan would be best. Does Holly sound like the pup for your family?
If you think Holly could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Nevins Farm Adoption Center in Methuen. We have open adoption hours Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm with no appointment or application needed.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
