Hi there! My name is Sesame and I'm a 4-year-old, neutered Chihuahua mix that currently weighs about 14lbs. I'm a friendly and independent little guy that is looking for my perfect fit. I'm hoping for a patient and loving family that has experience with helping timid pups open up. I will need some time to adjust to my new home and family, but don't worry, with treats, love, and baby talk I know we'll be best friends in no time! Since I'm still working on my dog manners, I prefer to be the only dog in the household, but if you have a well-mannered female dog, we might get along! Please make sure she comes along to meet me before I join the family. You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
