Meet Limoncello - an 8 month old, Jack Russell Terrier mix, who weighs 17 pounds (as of 9/3/25). She is a great little size and we don't think she will get much bigger than 20ish pounds.

Limoncello was pulled from a local shelter in Georgia and is looking for her forever family!

Her new northern foster mom shares "Limoncello is a very sweet & happy puppy. She is full of personality and her silliness will definitely make you laugh! She loves to go for walks and especially likes to take her leash or her favorite stick for a walk. And then after she gets her energy out she is right up next to you snuggling on the couch deep in the pillows and blankets. She is smart and a very quick learner. She loves being around people and is quick to give kisses. But if you aren't into giving belly rubs this girl is not for you - she will come say hi and immediately flip herself over with her feet in the air just waiting for all the love you can give. She's so sweet and is sure to adapt to her new family quickly!"

The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
