Hi there! My name is Dharma and I'm a spayed, 1 and a half year old, lab mix that currently weighs about 50lbs. I'm a medium dog in weight but I'm on the taller side. I'm a total sweetheart that's still learning about the great big world. I might seem calm, but the truth is that I'm timid. I'm hoping to find a family with kids 10+ that has experience with teaching timid pups like me about the pampered pet life. Once I'm comfortable, I am your typical, high energy dog who loves to run and play! I'm curious about fun things like walks, car rides, toys and dog beds! I love affection from human friends, but I'm still unsure about 4-legged friends. Because of this, I prefer to be an only child. You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
