A Pitbull mix, Phil has just come into our care from San Francisco Animal Care and Control and we’re loving it! At 3-years-old, this big boy knows who he is — the most relaxed dog on the block. Phil is taking his time to learn about his new digs with a curiosity and joy that’s hard not to smile at and with his easygoing nature, he’s the perfect chill out companion at the end of the day.
