This wiggly little pit-o-potamus has a personality as hilarious as her looks! Penelope is playful, eager to engage with new people, and endlessly silly. Her squatty little legs may not reach far off the ground, but she's got a great big heart to make up for it. Penelope was feeling a bit worried when she arrived.
