Meet Pancake
My adoption fee will be waived from August 19 – 24as part of the MUTT-CHKINS ADOPTION EVENT !!!
Pancake is our peppy Shiba friend who brings joy to all! Pancake is a great leash walker and is a friendly young lady. While at times dainty and low-key, Pancake is also a high energy girl who is looking for patience as she learns the ropes of a new home as shes had several transitions recently. Prior to coming to our care she was observed to have some skin allergies, and has had some ongoing medical that our staff in Methuen will share with interested adopters. It will be important for this young gal to have a close relationship to a vet moving forward. Pancake has spent little time around other dogs and is a bit unsure of other dogs. She has never lived with one so she would likely require a polite friend who can give her space as she adjusts. She has never lived with cats, though with a slow introduction could potentially live with a dog-savvy cat! Pancake does have a history living with kids, though it would be important that kids are either able to be supervised or are able to interact appropriately with Pancake as she can be sensitive about rowdier handling!
If youre interested in this sweet girl head to our Methuen Adoption Center Tuesday-Sunday between the hours of 12PM-4:30PM
If you think Pancake could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Nevins Farm Adoption Center in Methuen. We have open adoption hours Tuesday Sunday from 12:00 pm 4:30 pm with no appointment or application needed.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
