This 5-month-old pup with a tender heart is still learning about the world and all of the fun things that can come with it! Recently transferred into our care from Fresno Humane Animal Services, the transition to a big city has been a new one for River, but he is doing his best to dive in (and treats definitely help out)!
While River builds up his confidence and learns to trust his surroundings, he is relying on people to make experiences fun and interesting.
