Welcome to Muttville, Freddie Mercury! This sweet little chap was such a dancing queen that he made his way to the shelter by way of a pelvis injury, but it is now completely healed and Freddie is back to his old level of acrobatics. He’s on the younger side, at 8 years young, and filled with tons of energy and pizzazz, much like his namesake, so you can easily see how he could have gotten a little overenthusiastic. Freddie is a dapper gentleman with black, super soft, poodle-y fur, very expressive eyes that can see into your soul, and impeccable manners. He’d love a warm and safe place to make his forever home, because that would make him feel like a champion. If you can see a snuggly little living throw pillow like Freddie Mercury adorning your couch, or bed, or other soft space within your home, why don’t you stop by and say hello? He could be the perfect dog for you!Here’s some notes from his foster:Great house guest so far. He’s very timid, reserved and curious. We’ve tried to hit the streets for a walk but the street we live on is pretty noisy. Once we got to the quieter streets he did better. For now we are going to practice being outside in our courtyard.Freddie slept through the night in his crate without issues. We are yet to hear him bark or make any significant noise. He has a great appetite! For now we are back to decompressing, resting and naps.
