I’ve been named after the one and only Sister Hera Sees Candy – a name as sweet, soulful, and meaningful as I am. Just like my namesake, I’m here to bring joy, connection, and a little bit of magic to everyone I meet.
To celebrate Pride Month, we have collaborated with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.

My ministry is rooted in creating and facilitating joyful experiences while actively dismantling systems that hinder such joy. Drawing from my background in psychology and a deep reverence for nature and divinity in all, I integrate spirituality with activism, particularly focusing on queer spirituality and its impact on queer culture. The Sisters were formed in 1979 in San Francisco. Over the last 46 years they have been on the forefront of social and political activism while spreading joy everywhere they go.
