With his leading-man looks and lovable personality, Bastion is basically the rom-com star of our dreams charming, goofy, and just a little bit dramatic (in the best way).At his core, hes a total sweetheart who really loves his people and doggy friends.
This handsome fella is still learning the ropes when it comes to polite greetings (turns out jumping into someones arms isnt always the move), but hes eager to please and even more eager to learn especially if treats are involved.
Bastion would thrive with a patient, positive adopter whos ready to direct him into his best role yet: beloved family dog.
Bonus points if you have a canine co-star for him to hang with!

Stop by Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Bastion. We have open adoption hours Mon- Wed 11:30am-5pm, Thu-Sun 11:30am-6pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
